Simply put, The John Torres Band is an American rock and roll band. And much like rock and roll, the band has its influence in soul, country and all-around groove music. John describes his sound as “South Jersey” – acoustic guitars, a little slide, woodsy violins and some progressive soul voices that have spilled over from the Ben Franklin Bridge, eastbound to the shorelines.
